My plastic fork crop is ready to be harvested. Not surprisingly there have been a few invasive growths of the knife and spoon varieties. I was surprised find in the middle of the patch the growth of a new-to-me variety of knife. I plan to not disturb it, and allow it to go to seed.Who knows, next harvest I may have to change my roadside stall sign to read Ebony Knives only found here!
