During the Canada Day Parade 2016 a friend nudged me to look up as a bear with mouse balloon rolled by. I snapped a photo, thinking the blue mouse looked cute.
Moments later a group of ladies jumped up from where they had been sitting on the curb. I went to see the cause of the disturbance and saw a live mouse racing by in the gutter!
Reviewing the photo I notice a bird flying in the upper right corner and the bear could have been waving hello. Now that’s a bird’s eye view! Perhaps the hawk was chasing the mouse for dinner.
