Prayer rock

My eye caught her and I paused to encapsulate her image. She was a merely a rock at the side of the road yet I saw so much more in her. She is a God fearing woman, appearing frail in her prayer submission, yet the rock substance of her being speaks to the solidness of her faith.

I saw too the war and strife becoming everyday occurrences and in my vision I saw many mothers grieving, weeping and praying for their losses. Misery weighing the hearts in their chests as stones bearing down, down, down in yearn to sink into their early graves.
